You are Trained by the Redondo Beach Fire Department.

They train the CERT program provided by FEMA but they also train from experience. They know what you need to know, to help yourself, your family, your neighbors and your community.

Training at the Redondo Beach Main Library

Classes are held at the Redondo Beach Main Library, Second Floor

There are eight classes, held on a Thursday night. It is worth the time commitment if it means someone may survive an injury because you knew what to do.

Graduation Day is on a Saturday at Station 2 located at 2400 Grant Ave.

Graduation day is exciting! You will get more in-depth, hands on training and then you will participate in a realistic disaster drill to practice what you learned.

The Disaster Drill excitement is intense, but you will know what to do!

With the training you receive you are able to plan and execute rescue plans for multiple victims and carry the rescue all the way through medical treatment.
